Job summary

Starpay Corporation, a BSP-regulated electronic money issuer based in Pasig City, seeks a Senior Risk Officer to lead risk management programs across enterprise, operational, and regulatory risk areas. Reporting to the OIC/Head of Risk Management, you will develop, implement, and monitor the risk framework and drive governance initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant risk management experience.
• Experience in a BSP-supervised financial institution preferred.
• EMI, payments, fintech, banking, or regulated financial services experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in ERM, operational risk, risk assessments, KRIs, and risk reporting.
• Familiarity with BSP regulations, internal controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
• Maintain risk registers, issue logs, risk assessments, and risk trackers.
• Lead or coordinate RCSA/RSA and other risk assessment activities.
• Monitor KRIs, emerging risks, control gaps, and remediation plans.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and Management presentations.
• Coordinate with business units on risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring.
