Job summary

Joii Workstream is hiring a Senior Revit Specialist (with AU Experience) for an office-based role in Angeles, Pampanga. You will produce and maintain standard house designs, create sketches and drawings based on client changes, and coordinate with sales and estimating teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent, with 5–6 years of relevant experience including AU BPO exposure and strong Revit Architecture skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience (including 1–2 years in AU BPO setup preferred)
• Strong Revit Architecture proficiency
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in an office-based setup

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and maintenance of our standard house design range
• Produce sketch designs and working drawings based on client modifications
• Coordinate drawings with sales and estimating departments
• Support upcoming projects involving custom homes and townhouses
