Terabase Energy seeks a Senior Revenue & Project Accountant to own revenue recognition across multiple product and service lines, applying ASC 606 to complex contracts and leading the monthly/quarterly close. The role also manages a small team of project accountants and collaborates with FP&A, Sales, and Project Delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience with project-based revenue.
• Experience with EPC/construction revenue accounting (percentage-of-completion, milestones).
• At least 2 years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and ASC 606.
• NetSuite experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Own month-end and quarter-end revenue close across all product and service lines.
• Apply ASC 606 to a range of arrangement types and identify performance obligations.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and cost-to-completion metrics for revenue accuracy.
• Lead revenue and deferred revenue close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare revenue memos, contract abstracts, and supporting schedules for audit.
• Partner with FP&A, Sales, and Project Delivery on revenue forecasting.
• Manage and improve revenue accounting policies and internal controls.
• Serve as primary contact for revenue-related external audits.
