Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate multiple programs.
• Ability to multi-task and understand multiple products and benefits.
• Able to work a 40 hour schedule within site hours.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather support data to ensure invoice accuracy and work through billing discrepancies.
• Provide input to policies, systems, methods and procedures for the management of the premium billing function.
• Educate customers regarding the availability of receiving invoices and remitting payments online.
• Monitor outstanding balances and take actions to ensure clients pay as billed.
• Manage the preparation of invoices and reconciliation of billing with accounts receivable.
• Comply with employment contract terms, company policies, and directives, including potential location or shift changes.
