Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst in Metro Manila to collect, clean, and analyze sales data, creating dashboards and reports to guide business decisions.

You will work with sales and IT teams to forecast, monitor KPIs, and ensure data accuracy and privacy. The ideal candidate has a statistics/analytical background, proven data-analysis experience, and strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Effective communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and maintain sales data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor sales performance, KPIs, and trends.
• Analyze historical sales data to identify patterns, correlations, and potential business opportunities.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports to management and relevant departments.
• Work closely with the sales team to forecast sales and set targets based on data analysis.
• Monitor the accuracy of sales records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support sales campaigns by tracking results, ROI, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve data systems, automation, and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and confidentiality policies.
