Job summary

Solaire Resort in Manila seeks an experienced events and sponsorship specialist to lead the end-to-end activation process. You will qualify the pipeline, negotiate commercials, and close activations to deadlines while coordinating with partners and internal teams to deliver on-brand experiences.

You will build and maintain sponsor contributions, manage budgets, and report on value, risk and outcomes weekly to leadership, ensuring all agreements are executed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Commercial negotiation and contract literacy, comfortable with letters of intent, term sheets and sponsorship agreements.
• Forward planning and critical-path discipline across long lead times.
• Established local partner, agency and supplier network.
• Clear written and verbal communication with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Confident with budgets, measurement and post-event reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• At least five years in events, activations, sponsorship or hospitality sales.
• A record of closing commercial partnerships and delivering them on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Qualify the pipeline, negotiate commercials and close activations to a deadline.
• Own the proposal, letter of intent, term sheet and sales contract through to full execution before any event goes live.
• Secure partner and sponsor contributions, cash or in kind, against an agreed value.
• Deliver the incremental covers, brand mileage and SRC targets set in the attached scorecard.
• Agree a measurable target and baseline for every activation before approval, and report the result after it runs.
• Keep activation costs within budget and flag variance early.
• Run the four-gate routing test at enquiry and paper each activation on the correct instrument.
• Hold the 60-day minimum and 90-day standard lead time on term sheet events.
• Keep approvals, permits and payment timelines within Solaire policy.
• Build and hold the forward calendar: secure the next quarter while the current one runs
• Maintain the pipeline and report status, value and risk weekly to the Director.
• Coordinate production, marketing and operating departments to one critical path per activation
