Job summary

Solaire Resort in Manila is seeking an experienced Events/Activation Coordinator to manage brand activations and events. You will oversee on-site setup, run-of-show execution, and post-activation reporting, ensuring smooth operations and brand integrity.

The role requires 2+ years in events or brand marketing, strong organization, and fluency in English and Filipino, with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in events, activations or brand marketing, agency or in-house
• Organized, detail-oriented and calm under pressure on event days
• Good working knowledge of Philippine event permits, venues and vendors
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting
• Fluent English and Filipino
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and travel within the Philippines

Responsibilities

• merchandise and giveaways
• Prepare run-of-show documents, checklists, staffing plans and on-site briefs
• Supervise on-site setup, run the event and manage teardown
• Brief and supervise promoters on brand messages, sign-up flows, age-gating (21+) and responsible gaming rules
• Run on-site sign-up and promo-code tracking; collect leads and attendance data
• Track activation spend, collect quotes and process vendor POs and payments with Finance
• Gather photos, video and content for Social and PR
• Compile post-activation reports for the Activation Manager
