Brick Me is seeking a Philippines-based Social Media & Community Manager for an independent contractor engagement, fully remote, with working hours aligned to Australian time zones.

You will own the social media strategy, community conversations, and influencer collaborations for Brick Me, coordinating with creators and the customer service team to maintain an authentic brand voice across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing social and community for consumer brands (DTC ecommerce preferred).
• Experience with Reddit.
• Hands-on experience running Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Excellent written English—strong brand voice.
• Proven track record in influencer outreach and digital PR.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute effectively.
• Self-starter who works independently and brings proactive ideas.
• Passionate about brand-building and gifting products.

Responsibilities

• Manage social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest; develop content calendar and copy.
• Engage with communities; respond to comments/DMs, pass feedback to customer service.
• Lead influencer outreach end-to-end; negotiate terms and brief creators.
• Curate UGC and coordinate with design for content in organic and paid campaigns.
• Pursue digital PR opportunities; pitch publications and authors.
