Job summary

DOXA is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage Windows/macOS desktops, server OSs, and networking, delivering excellent client experiences. You’ll troubleshoot across Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD, support multi-client MSP environments, and mentor junior staff.

The role is fully remote but Philippines-based. Required are 5+ years in systems administration, 3 years in MSP settings, and A+/Network+ (MD-100/101 preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in systems administration or advanced desktop support.
• 3 years in a multi-client environment (MSP) preferred.
• A+ and/or Network+ certifications required; MD-100/MD-101 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/macOS and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Process escalated tickets from level 1, including break/fix and config.
• Handle server administration, networking, and security-related areas.
• Build Hyper-V hosts and deploy SonicWall firewalls and Datto networking.
• Guide and mentor level 1 technicians.
• Document, track, and escalate tickets; maintain knowledge base.
