Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Endpoint Systems Engineer to join a remote role serving Metro Manila, Philippines. You will lead endpoint engineering, ensuring security, reliability, and performance across the organization.

Responsibilities include designing MECM infrastructure at scale, managing patching and security, and mentoring peers while collaborating with IT and project teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in systems engineering or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with MECM, Azure/Intune, DaaS, Group Policy, patch management, Google Cloud.
• Scripting with PowerShell for automation.
• Windows and server administration; MECM at scale.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; vendor engagement.

• Provide technical leadership in endpoint engineering and operations.
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance of endpoint systems.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and drive automation initiatives.
• Mentor peers and align initiatives with IT goals.
