Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Endpoint Systems Engineer to lead planning, deployment, and support of endpoint infrastructure remotely from Metro Manila, Philippines. You will drive reliability, security, and performance while guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring peers.

The role emphasizes hands-on MECM, Azure/Intune, Cloud DaaS, and PowerShell scripting, with opportunities to shape security practices and automation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with MECM, Azure/Intune, Cloud DaaS, Group Policy, Patch management and endpoint security, Google Cloud, PowerShell scripting, and Windows/server administration.
• Experience designing and deploying MECM infrastructure at scale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in planning, execution, and support of endpoint engineering and operations.
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance of endpoint systems across the organization.
• Lead by example, mentor peers, and drive initiatives aligned with business and IT goals.
• Implement upgrades and enhancements to meet business needs.
• Develop documentation and project plans for key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation using scripting and management tools.
• Coordinate with IT teams and project managers for new launches.
