Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating experience preferred.
• Direct experience estimating commercial low-slope roofing systems in the United States strongly preferred.
• Experience reading U.S. construction plans, specs, CSI/Division 07 documents.

Responsibilities

• Review bid packages with plans, specs, and addenda.
• Perform material takeoffs and labor-hour estimates by activity.
• Prepare marked-up plans and scope notes for review.
• Identify ambiguities, gaps, and bid risks requiring clarification.
• Organize estimating package for internal review and approval.
