Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or 5+ years in software quality engineering and release validation.
• Proven track record in ownership, delivery excellence, and high-accountability environments.
• Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Executive & Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and leadership for platform stability.
• Release Ownership: End-to-end validation across Development, QA, UAT, Pre-Production and Production.
• Complex Data & Functional Validation: Validate functional, regression, integration, data testing and financial calculations.
• Defect Management & Risk Mitigation: Identify, document, and communicate risk to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Process Leadership: Establish release gates, testing protocols, and validation frameworks.
• Continuous Improvement: Audit and refine testing workflows and deployment practices.
