ECLARO in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to quality assure and maintain enterprise-level post-trade workflow applications. The role combines manual testing with a drive toward automation and cross-team collaboration.

You will build resilient test frameworks, support production troubleshooting, and mentor teammates while operating within SaFe/agile processes and cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in global financial services and messaging workflows is required.
• Proven expertise with server-side Java in banking/trading environments.
• Strong testing background for MQ, XML, FIXML and FIX Protocol.

Responsibilities

• Define resilient test frameworks for enterprise apps.
• Provide L3 support for production issues and investigations.
• Follow SaFe agile methodology and participate in ceremonies.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with architecture, DevOps and cloud teams.
• Follow SDLC and design pattern guidelines.
• Work across multiple remote regions.
