Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst in the Philippines to support the U.S.-based compliance team. You will manage regulatory calendars, organize licenses and filings, and assist with renewal processes within a controlled, template-guided environment.

Strong English, attention to detail, and experience with regulatory trackers are essential. The role focuses on execution of documented procedures, data validation, and escalation of unclear items, with preference for candidates

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. property and casualty insurance operations, regulatory support, or back office regulatory work.
• Experience in BPO/shared services or regulated industries is preferred.
• Experience maintaining trackers, calendars, logs, and document repositories.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and shared document repositories.
• Strong written and verbal business English for status updates and communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance calendars, due-date trackers, renewal trackers, filing logs, and recurring task lists based on procedures.
• Organize regulatory correspondence, filings, licenses, certificates, receipts, and related records.
• Assist with renewal processes by gathering information, preparing forms, assembling documents, and tracking submission status.
• Complete standard forms and checklists using approved templates and instructions.
• Pull information from internal systems, verify complete data, and flag missing or inconsistent information.
• Track incoming/outgoing regulator correspondence and draft responses only with templates/instructions.
• Monitor open items, send reminders, and escalate overdue or unclear items to the U.S.-based team.
• Log, organize, and track complaints, DOI inquiries, and related materials; support response packages under supervision.
• Maintain complete audit trails and easily retrievable regulatory documents for audits.
• Follow SOPs and document repetitive processes, checklists, and workflows.
