This role suits an experienced, detail-oriented analyst with 5+ years in U.S.

insurance operations or regulated back-office functions. You will manage filing, renewal support, data validation, regulatory correspondence, and audit trails, while escalating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in insurance/compliance.
• Experience in U.S. insurance compliance, licensing, or regulated operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory trackers, filing processes, and templates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, logs, and filing lists.
• Organize regulatory correspondence, filings, licenses, and receipts.
• Assist with renewal processes and gathering supporting documents.
• Prepare forms and checklists using approved templates.
• Pull and verify data from internal systems and flag gaps.
• Track regulator communications and draft responses per templates.
• Monitor open items and escalate overdue items to US team.
• Log and organize complaints and inquiries; support response packages.
• Maintain audit trails for audits and internal reviews.
• Follow SOPs and document repetitive compliance processes.
