Job summary

Northern Trust in Manila is seeking an experienced professional to provide senior operational oversight across end-to-end GRCM processes and supporting technology. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, oversee ServiceNow production support, and develop operational reporting to enhance process performance.

The role emphasizes data-led insight, stakeholder engagement, andDriving improvements in efficiency, transparency, and issue resolution across regulatory change lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Ideally a compliance or regulatory background within financial services.
• Experience with regulatory change management and the interaction between business processes, data and technology.
• Experience with ServiceNow operations, production support and reporting.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills; ability to drive practical resolution.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional operational coordination across GRCM, tracking hand-offs and dependencies.
• Operate ServiceNow regulatory change processes, triage issues and coordinate resolution.
• Develop and monitor operational reporting, dashboards and management information.
• Approve RegBook subscriptions in CUBE and manage related workflows.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes.
