Job summary

Teamified in Pune is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international clients. You will source, screen, and present high-quality candidates, coordinate client interviews, and help teams meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills, plus experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. Growth opportunities exist within recruitment leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills with excellent communication.
• Experience with recruitment targets and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and placement.
• Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
• Assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
• Prepare and present high-quality candidate profiles to clients.
• Coordinate client interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate records within the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics including interviews, submittals, client interviews, offers, and placements.
• Manage multiple roles and priorities while meeting agreed recruitment timelines.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market feedback.
• Support offer negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate experience through to joining.
