Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter for the FMCG industry to manage end-to-end recruitment, act as a brand ambassador, and provide advisory support to hiring leaders. The role emphasizes proactive communication and mentorship within a hybrid Manila setup.

As a senior member, you will lead intake with managers, drive sourcing strategies, and build strong pipelines while mentoring junior recruiters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience with successes in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• Niche sector/industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positions specifications, providing market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and build strong candidate slates and pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

As a Cielo Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout therecruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on deliveringexceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultativedirection and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You will act as a mentor for Recruitersand other team members.

• Work Location: Manila, Philippines (office in BGC)
• Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days in a week from Client location)
• Work Hours: PHL 1st Shift 9 AM- 6 PM IST

Duties and Responsibilities
