Job summary

WrkPod Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to scale internal teams and support a diverse client portfolio.

You will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent while upholding a culture of excellence and efficiency, delivering high-quality outsourcing solutions and a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will own the full-cycle process, partner on role definitions, source passive candidates, conduct thorough interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the BPO or RPO industry.
• Proven track record of hiring for diverse roles from entry-level to leadership positions.
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools and platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and common ATS.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews and objective candidate assessments.

About the role

As a Senior Recruiter at WrkPod Inc., you will be instrumental in scaling internal teams and supporting the growth of a diverse client portfolio. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent that aligns with a culture of excellence and operational efficiency. Your efforts will directly impact the ability to deliver high-quality outsourcing solutions while maintaining a superior candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across different departments and client accounts
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source passive candidates through professional networks, social media, and specialized job boards
• Conduct thorough behavioral interviews and technical screenings to assess candidate fit and competence
• Facilitate the offer negotiation process to ensure high acceptance rates and seamless onboarding transitions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring process for speed and quality
• Represent the company at industry events and job fairs to build a robust talent pipeline

About you
