Prime Philippines is seeking a Research Head to spearhead market intelligence and advisory efforts. You will develop timely real estate insights, guide business development, and elevate PRIME as a thought leader in the market.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients, deliver data-backed recommendations, and shape research strategy across CRE sectors. Leadership and strategic communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years in a research-related position covering real estate properties and developments.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Real Estate Management, or Applied Mathematics.
• Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics is an advantage.
• Experience in research is preferred, especially with commercial real estate.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data processing; writing skills required.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research across commercial real estate sectors: office, retail, industrial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use.
• Monitor macroeconomic indicators, demographics, infrastructure, and policy changes affecting real estate.
• Lead client-facing research engagements and location strategy reports; present findings to clients.
• Translate data and trends into actionable recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Oversee acquisition and maintenance of proprietary databases and research tools.
• Lead publication of market reports, newsletters, and other research outputs.
