You will conduct real estate market research while actively engaging with clients, presenting consultancy services, and identifying opportunities to support business needs.

You will build rapport, participate in fieldwork, and turn market insights into meaningful client relationships, delivering value across PRIME's services and client engagements.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Interest in client relationship management, consultative selling, or business development.
• Comfort presenting services and building rapport with stakeholders.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel for client engagements.
• Analytical, proactive, and detail oriented.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint for analyses and proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Market Research and Analysis: Research market trends, properties, rents, and opportunities.
