Colliers in Manila seeks a Manager for Capital Markets and Investment Services to lead marketing, sales, and leasing efforts for property portfolios, including hospitality and land development. The role focuses on delivering strategic advice, driving revenue, and expanding relationships with owners, developers, and investors.

The position requires a real estate-focused education, strong negotiation, networking, and market analysis skills, with a track record in agency or consultancy engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning, business, economics, marketing or related course.
• Broker’s license preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Generate revenue and achieve individual and team targets.
• Drive business development for CMIS and identify investment, agency, transactions, capital markets and consultancy opportunities.
• Secure exclusive or non-exclusive agency or consultancy appointments and sell or lease listings.
• Develop an extensive network of contacts including property owners, developers, investors and brokers.
• Provide clients information on site search, feasibility, timing, and advantages of locations.
• Negotiate transactions on behalf of clients.
• Conduct due diligence on property and regulatory/technical considerations.
• Prepare financial feasibility studies and market reports for clients.
• Manage contract documentation and representation in pitches and market presentations.
• Create marketing strategies for listings using traditional and digital channels.
