Qualifications

• You have a degree in Business or Finance related area.
• Designation as accountant or working towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA.
• 3+ years of real estate accounting experience in public/private settings.
• Experience reviewing general ledgers and financial statements.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Strong deadlines, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Excel; Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Familiarity with MRI, Yardi, or Investran is a plus.
• Experience in Limited Partnership accounting is a plus.
• Private equity/real estate fund administration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Main focus on accounting and analysis.
• Maintain and control general ledger and sub-ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and partner capital statements.
• Prepare allocations for limited/general partners.
• Prepare trial balances and work papers.
• Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries.
• Participate in full transaction cycles and accounting.
• Prepare financial data analysis and client deliverables.
• Interact with management and clients; liaise with auditors.
