Job summary

Flexisource IT is seeking a Senior React Native Developer for a leading Australian audio entertainment client. You will design, develop, and deliver mobile apps that enhance digital experiences while collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, mentor juniors, conduct code reviews, and drive adoption of new technologies. Location: Makati with work-from-home until further notice; shifts 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm PH time.

Qualifications

• Experience with React Native and Expo.
• Experience with Swift and Kotlin with native modules.
• Familiarity with Zustand and Firebase is a plus.
• Knowledge of streaming media (Media3, AVPlayer) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy React Native applications that provide a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure efficient data flow and performance.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the growth of technical knowledge within the team.
• Maintain and improve existing mobile applications, ensuring they align with evolving business and technology requirements.
• Adhere to best practices in software development, testing, and security to produce reliable, scalable, and high‑performing applications.
• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the mobile development team.
