Job summary

Sharesource Australia BPO is seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join our distributed team and build a new iOS and Android app using React Native and TypeScript, with Swift and Kotlin for deeper integrations. This greenfield product will leverage cameras, LiDAR, ARKit, RoomPlan, ARCore, and depth APIs.

You will own full stack from architecture to deployment, work in an AI-assisted environment with Claude Code and Codex, and operate in trunk‑based development with no dedicated QA team.

Qualifications

• Senior mobile engineer with production iOS/Android experience.
• Experience in cross‑platform architecture and patterns.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and authentication technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a cross‑platform mobile app using React Native and TypeScript for iOS and Android.
• Develop native functionality in Swift and Kotlin when needed.
• Integrate with device hardware: cameras, LiDAR, GPS, sensors and depth APIs.
• Own end‑to‑end architecture, testing, release, and maintenance without a dedicated QA team.
