Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an Environmental Officer for the South Commuter Railway Project in Manila, Metro Manila. This role involves supporting environmental management practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and conducting environmental monitoring. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and ideally hold training in occupational safety. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Completed training in BOSH, OSHC, or equivalent occupational safety and health programs.
• Preferably a trained Pollution Control Officer (PCO).

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of environmental management practices.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) and related regulations.
• Assist in maintaining records for environmental inspections and monitoring.
• Conduct internal and coordinate required environmental monitoring.
• Help fulfill environmental reports and monitor compliance with ECC requirements.
