Job summary

spectacon inc is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEPF) to lead cost management for complex MEFP projects. The role is flexible time with work-from-home arrangement, with onsite billing walkthroughs as required.

You will perform cost planning, take-offs, tendering, contract administration, and progress billing, coordinating with clients and contractors. The position pays per-project bonuses (PHP 5,000–15,000 monthly per project) and depends on the workload.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QS experience in high-rise or land development projects.
• Strong cost control and procurement skills.
• Experience in design, estimate, and site management.

• Conduct quantity take-offs and estimates.
• Manage tendering process and contractor negotiations (MEPF).

This is a flexible time (no attendance required), WFH (except during onsite billing walkthrough), and output-driven employment.

Salary depends on number of projects handled. Additional projects may translate to additional monthly compensation (PHP 5,000 – PHP 15,000/month/project).
