Job summary

D2B is seeking a commercially-minded Quantity Surveyor for fit-out and new works in the Philippines. You will manage take-offs, BOQs, tendering, valuations, variations, and CVR to ensure projects stay profitable.

In this role you’ll bridge design intent and financial outcomes, coordinating with contractors and clients on budgets, payments, and final accounts for high-spec commercial spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial quantity surveying for fit-out or new works.
• Ability to measure drawings and prepare BOQs and cost plans.
• Familiarity with variations and final accounts processes.

Responsibilities

• Take-offs & BOQs: measure drawings and prepare procurement lists.
• Tendering: issue BOQs to subcontractors and compare bids.
• Valuations: verify progress on site and authorize payments for completed works.
• Variations: assess cost impact of design changes and keep budgets aligned.
• CVR: run monthly cost-value reconciliations to track profitability.
• Final accounts: lead negotiations on final contractor invoices.
