Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years in a technical role.
• Advanced knowledge of quality control methods, metrology, and GD&T.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Performs the most complex inspections and tests, often involving advanced equipment programming (e.g., CMM programming) or challenging setups.
• Leads and conducts internal process and product audits to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Trains and certifies other technicians and operators on inspection methods, equipment use, and quality standards.
• Actively participates in root-cause analysis and corrective action teams, providing valuable data and insights.
