Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently and drive quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Performs the most complex inspections and tests, often involving advanced equipment programming (e.g., CMM) or challenging setups.
• Leads and conducts internal process and product audits to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Trains and certifies other technicians and operators on inspection methods, equipment use, and quality standards.
• Participates in root-cause analysis and corrective action teams with data insights.
