Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking a QA leader to oversee the activities of the QA department in delivering programs that are responsive to client needs.

The role includes strategic planning and fiscal management, receiving QA needs from clients, communicating them to the departments, updating QA reports, initiating calibration sessions with clients, and driving long‑term quality improvements through team development and regular performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of the QA department in delivering programs and initiatives responsive to client needs
• Assist in strategic planning and fiscal management of the department
• Receive QA needs from clients, communicate them to the department, and direct implementation of necessary programs
• Update and send QA reports to clients, covering evaluation and audit results
• Initiate calibration sessions with clients to ensure consistency in performance standards
• Develop long-term strategy and process improvement initiatives impacting the Quality group
• Manage and develop a team through classroom assessments, coaching, and structured consultations
• Evaluate staff performance with objective ratings supported by documents
• Conduct departmental meetings to update on issues, incidents, and client updates
• Enforce discipline among staff and submit incident reports to HRD
• Perform other duties as assigned
