Job summary

SVEN in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead QA standards across the organization. You will develop test plans, define scripts, and drive regression testing to ensure software quality and stability.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Lead Developers to enforce coding and UAC guidelines, participate in regular QA improvement sessions, and contribute to a supportive SCRUM-driven team culture with ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• A keen eye on details and high accuracy in work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SCRUM and Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Well-organized with proven planning and time-management skills.
• Track record of following through on commitments and deadlines.
• Open to onsite work but flexible to remote work when needed.
• Background in mobile/web UI/UX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA standards to improve processes across the team.
• Identify materials to enhance QA skills and knowledge.
• Lead QA improvement meetings and skill-sharing sessions.
• Explore new QA tools and automated regression testing.Collaborate with Product Owners to enforce UAC standards.
• Work with Lead Developers to ensure coding standards and prevent bugs.
