Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality control department; allocate work and provide performance feedback.
• Develop and implement quality plans, budgets, policies, and systems aligned with corporate standards.
• Monitor and improve DPPM, customer complaints, and quality costs.
• Approve deviations, lead internal audits, and coordinate supplier quality changes.
• Review and balance quality, delivery, and cost to prevent issues.
