Job summary

TerraBarn Inc. is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager in Cavite to lead the QMS across all stages—from incoming materials to final inspection. You will drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in QA/QC, 3–5 years in leadership, and strong ISO 9001 experience. A hands-on, data-driven leader will shape continuous improvement and quality culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Quality Management or a related field required.
• Minimum 10 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in printing/packaging/manufacturing.
• 3–5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, CAPA, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with internal and external quality audits and ISO 9001 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Establish and monitor quality standards, procedures, specifications, and control measures across the production process.
• Oversee QA/QC activities from incoming materials to final product inspection.
• Ensure products comply with customer specs and established requirements.
• Develop and implement inspection/testing procedures and process controls.
• Monitor quality performance using KPIs, reports, and trend analysis.
• Lead investigation and resolution of customer complaints and non-conformities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive CAPA implementation.
• Collaborate with Production/Operations to reduce defects and waste and improve quality.
• Set quality objectives and improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
