Job summary

Lennor Group is seeking a QA Test Lead in the Philippines to drive quality across mortgage-domain projects. The role combines manual and automated testing in a hybrid work setup at BGC, Taguig, with day shifts.

You will own testing strategies, create robust test data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA, hands-on API testing, and proficiency with Postman, Rest Assured, Selenium, and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• Must have hands on experience in the mortgages domain.
• Must have at least 5 years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with functional and automation testing experience.
• API Testing – solid hands-on experience with API integration tests.
• Experience in Web Services and API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber.js, Java test automation frameworks – demonstrated competency in developing, auditing and reviewing code.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Maven, Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

• Design, write, and execute effective manual and automated test cases, as well as creating test data.
• Create detailed technical documentation for test procedures.
