Job summary

Elite Headhunting Incorporated is seeking an experienced QA Engineer specializing in Manual Testing for LMS-based financial services applications. You will validate end-to-end loan workflows, calculations, and regulatory compliance across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in Manual Testing within the financial services domain.
• Hands-on experience with Loan Management System (LMS) applications.
• Strong knowledge of loan lifecycle processes, financial calculations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail, especially in validating financial calculations.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute Functional, System, Integration, Regression, UAT, and Exploratory Testing.
• Report, track, retest, and verify defect closures.
• Participate in requirement reviews to identify gaps or ambiguities.
• Perform risk-based testing and impact assessments.
• Prepare and present test reports to management.
• Showcase delivered stories and testing outcomes to leadership teams.
