Job summary

Manulife John Hancock seeks an experienced Quality Engineering expert to drive automation testing and ensure high-quality software products. You will design and run comprehensive test plans, maintain scripts, and analyze results to guide developers toward quality-centric delivery.

Ideal candidates bring extensive QA experience, strong automation skills with Playwright and Selenium, and a collaborative mindset to coach peers and contribute to code reviews.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of Quality Engineering experience.
At least 5 years of Automation Testing experience.
At least 2 years of Playwright experience.
Experience in Selenium.
Familiarity with Cucumber and open-source testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

Reviews and translates requirements and design documents to provide feedback to product developers.
Creates, maintains and executes automation test scripts.
Analyzes automation results and investigates failures.
Designs detailed test plans and test cases.
Performs regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Identifies KPIs for product quality and tracks QA metrics.
Keeps up-to-date on latest test software and frameworks.
Participates in code reviews and supports quality-centric development.
