Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to ensure product and process quality meet stringent standards. You will lead quality initiatives, root-cause analyses, and CAPA actions while collaborating with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities include developing inspection plans, reviewing specifications and drawings, and supporting audits and process improvements. A Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5–8 years in quality domains are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Quality Engineering/QA/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience handling customer quality issues and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, inspection plans, and quality procedures.
• Lead investigations into quality issues and customer complaints, drive CAPA actions.
• Support audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and process capability.
• Lead or support PFMEA/DFMEA, Control Plans, and inspection standards creation.
• Participate in NPI and process validation activities and manage risk assessments.
