Job summary

Surepay Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior QA Lead to head the quality assurance function for our software products.

You will design and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and drive defect resolution across development teams. The role requires at least two years in software QA, including one year in a senior or lead capacity, a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, strong communication, analytical thinking, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• At least 2 years in software QA, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead capacity.
• Experience with test planning, execution, and QA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA function to ensure software meets quality standards.
• Develop, review, and maintain test plans and scripts.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution with developers.
• Mentor junior QA staff and support testing methodology.
• Contribute to sprint planning and Agile processes.
• Prepare test summary and quality metrics for mgmt.
• Ensure compliance with QA procedures.
