Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Quality Specialist within Consumer and Community Banking Controls to support the Directed Email Monitoring team. You will execute controls testing, synthesize findings, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to strengthen the control environment.

You will partner with business units, produce audit-ready documentation, and present summaries to stakeholders while contributing to process improvements and potential test-script enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in quality, controls, or audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills; issue resolution and problem solving.
• Clear written and oral communication; audit-ready documentation.

• Perform second-level reviews; handle rebuttals and escalations.
