You will execute tests with precision, collaborate with process owners, document findings, and drive improvements across SOX and regulatory requirements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of controls testing, audit, or operational risk management.
• Knowledge of banking operations and risk management practices.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to analyze large data sets for risk indicators.
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing processes to assess the control environment and document evidence.
• Collaborate with Process/Control Owner and cross-functional teams on testing schedules and process changes.
• Lead issue validation, action plan quality, and closure in partnership with control owners.
• Lead walkthroughs and meetings with business owners across engagements.
• Interpret policies and procedures to ensure compliant testing and improve evaluation methods.
• Evaluate control environments and assess design and effectiveness to meet regulatory requirements.
• Propose improvements to testing methods to increase efficiency and risk coverage.
