Job summary

ADDMORE Services LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in interior fit-out, stone and marble works for hotel, casino, and hospitality projects. The role focuses on post-contract QS activities, variations, claims, and cost control, requiring PlanSwift and Excel proficiency and immediate availability.

The ideal candidate will work remotely in the Philippines, bring 7–10 years of QS experience, and demonstrate excellent English communication and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of QS experience.
• Mandatory hotel/hospitality fit-out experience.
• Mandatory extensive stone and marble works experience.
• Mandatory post-contract QS experience.
• Mandatory PlanSwift and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of BOQs, variations, claims, cost control, and final accounts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-contract QS activities for hotel and interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare and evaluate variations, change orders, and contractual claims.
• Review subcontractor progress payments, valuations, and final accounts.
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs for stone, marble, and fit-out works.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Prepare BOQs, cost reports, and valuations using PlanSwift and Excel.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
