Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of quantity surveying experience.
• Experience in hotel and hospitality interior fit-out mandatory.
• Stone and marble works experience mandatory.
• Post-contract QS experience mandatory.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift and Excel mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of BOQs, variations, claims, cost control, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-contract QS activities for hotel and interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare and evaluate variations, change orders, and contractual claims.
• Review subcontractor payments, valuations, and final accounts.
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs for stone, marble, and fit-out works.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Prepare BOQs, cost reports, and valuations using PlanSwift and Excel.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
