Job summary

Addmore Services LLC in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong post-contract experience in interior fit-out, hotel, casino, and hospitality projects. Immediate joining is required; you will lead cost control, takeoffs for stone, marble, and fit-out works, and manage variations using PlanSwift and Excel.

Candidates must have 7–10 years of relevant QS experience, especially in hospitality fit-out, and be able to work remotely with minimal supervision while coordinating

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of QS experience.
• Hospitality fit-out experience in hotels/casinos is mandatory.
• Stone and marble works experience is mandatory.
• Strong post-contract QS experience must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-contract QS activities for hotel and interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare and evaluate variations, change orders, and contractual claims.
• Review subcontractor progress payments, valuations, and final accounts.
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs for stone, marble, and fit-out works.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Prepare BOQs, cost reports, and valuations using PlanSwift and Excel.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
