Job summary

Power Circle International, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC professional for an on-site role in Taguig. The position targets candidates with 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within construction or engineering projects.

You will maintain QA/QC documents, perform daily inspections, review materials, and ensure compliance with project specifications. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Preferably proficient in quality management systems.
• Willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.

• Assist employees in understanding quality standards and procedures, and coordinate with contractors to maintain quality.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records.
• To liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and clients.
• Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, and thorough knowledge of all phases of the project operation.
• Maintain QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction and other QA/QC documents.
• Perform daily inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high standards of quality.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality.
• Assist with employees in ensuring knowledge of all quality standards, compliance to all quality manual and procedures, and collaborating with contractors to maintain quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
