Qualifications

• Extensive QA testing experience for production web apps.
• Hands-on automation with Playwright or pytest.
• Strong browser debugging using developer tools.
• Excellent bug reporting with clear repro steps.
• Familiarity with AI tools to assist testing tasks.
• Near-conversational US English for voice AI interactions.
• Ability to reason across UI, APIs, databases and async processes.
• Attention to data privacy and security in healthcare apps.
• Ability to work remotely with US time-zone coverage.

Responsibilities

• Tackle end-to-end testing for a healthcare web app with AI agents and integrations.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and regression checklists.
• Test UI, APIs, databases, webhooks, queues, and third-party integrations.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright/pytest.
• Investigate defects with logs, screenshots, and network analysis.
• Validate data integrity across connected systems.
• Test edge cases, authentication, permissions, and retries.
• Document QA framework and deliver a testing results summary.
