MicroSourcing International is seeking a QA Tester – Agentic Web Application to own hands-on functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for a healthcare web app with AI agents and APIs. You will ensure quality and provide test coverage while the US team is offline.

The role requires hands-on test automation with Playwright/pytest, browser tooling, and detailed defect reporting. This is a fully remote, dayshift position within the Philippines.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in QA testing for production web apps with strong functional, exploratory and regression testing.
• Ability to work independently without junior training and deliver consistent QA coverage.
• Hands-on with test automation using Playwright or pytest, plus API testing.

Aufgaben

• Execute test plans, create test cases and regression checklists for features and releases.
• Validate end-to-end workflows across browsers, APIs, databases, and webhooks.
• Test AI and voice agents, evaluating responses and workflow execution.
• Develop automated tests and maintain QA scripts leveraging AI-assisted tools.
• Investigate defects using logs, screenshots, and network data to produce clear reports.
• Verify data integrity across patient and practice configurations and records.
• Assess edge cases like authentication, permissions, timeouts, and retries.
• Maintain QA documentation and provide a summary of risks and defects.
