MicroSourcing is seeking a QA Tester for a 100% remote role in the Philippines. You will own hands-on functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for a healthcare web application that integrates AI agents, APIs, databases, and background workers.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience in QA testing for production web applications.
• Hands-on automation with Playwright, pytest, or comparable tools.
• Strong browser testing using developer tools to inspect network requests and API responses.
• Excellent written communication and reproducible bug reports with evidence.
• Proficiency with AI tools to generate test cases and scripts.
• Near-conversational US English to communicate with voice-based AI agents.
• Ability to reason across UI, APIs, databases, and asynchronous processes.
• Careful attention to data privacy and healthcare security.

Responsibilities

• Execute Test Plans: create and maintain test plans, test cases and regression checklists.
• Validate End-to-End Workflows across UI, APIs, databases, webhooks and queues.
• Test AI and Voice Agents via phone calls and evaluate responses and workflow execution.
• Develop Automated Tests using Playwright, pytest and API testing tools.
• Investigate and Document Defects with logs, screenshots and DB records.
• Validate Data Integrity across connected systems and configurations.
• Test Edge Cases: authentication, permissions, retries, timeouts and failing webhooks.
• Maintain QA Documentation and provide summaries of results and risks.
