Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a QA Tester for Agentic Web Application. You will own hands-on functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for a healthcare web app with AI agents, APIs, databases, and background workers.

You will design test plans, automate tests using Playwright and pytest, validate data integrity, and report defects clearly. This fully remote, dayshift role requires independent work and clear communication with the US engineering team.

Qualifications

• Proven QA experience on production web apps.
• Hands-on automation with Playwright/pytest or equivalent.
• Strong browser devtools, bug reporting and reproducible steps.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans and maintain regression checklists.
• Test workflows across browser interfaces, APIs, databases, webhooks.
• Evaluate AI/vocal agents and tool usage in realistic scenarios.
• Develop automated tests using Playwright/pytest and CI tools.
• Investigate defects with logs, screenshots, and DB records.
• Verify data integrity across connected systems.
• Test edge cases, timeouts, retries, and partial failures.
• Document QA results, risks, and outstanding defects.
